Growing up in the European Alps, multiple countries & therefore learning speaking multiple languages …growing up as a sickly child…w/ a compromised immune system lead my mother to learn all about healthy eating & healthy living & thru my grandmother’s farm to table experience…All the sacrificing, learning & working w/ our minds & hands paid huge dividends in our physical & mental health.

…Until moving to the USA & Mexico as a teenager .

In Houston, Texas, at age 20, God opened my eyes to surrendering to Him, inviting Him into my heart & mind, learning to build an intimate relationship w/ Him & allowing Him to take the wheel in my daily life. His faithfulness in His promises of “Need Meeter” revealed His continued blessing & high favor opened my eyes to every area of my life. In my personal continued surrender to Him God’s faithful leading, guidance & provision have been mercifully apparent every day of my life, on the mountain tops as well as thru many deep & challenging valleys & storms.

From Hotel Management Apprenticeship, to Health & Fitness Certifications, to WellFitToday, Spanish Teacher for ages 0-60, to residential & commercial construction, interior design & real estate, all the way to the greatest transformative joy of getting to personally raise three of God’s next generation His way, all while getting to give back to all those individuals & groups He has put into my path, coaching w/ the giftings, talents & time He has entrusted to me… ALL GLORY, HONOR & PRAISES to The King of kings & Lord of lords, Jesus Christ!
